DAVIS, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from an order of the District Court disallowing the claim of the Morrisville Trust Company as a preference against the insolvent estate of Black, Burris & Fiske, Inc., hereinafter called Black. Black held a valid claim' of $1,758.82 against Joseph R. Grant and Joe Jingola, partners trading as Grant & Jingola.’ Black became insolvent, and on August 8, 1924, 11 days before the bill of complaint herein was filed against it, and before it suspended business, it assigned its claim to the Morrisville Trust Company to secure an antecedent debt.
