On October 2, 1855, the will of Nancy W. Gray, a resident of Massachusetts, was admitted to probate, in the probate court of Essex county, Mass. This will devised to a trustee, to be appointed by the court, the undivided fifth part of her estate, to be held in trust for her daughter Caroline Woodbury Ormsby for and during her natural life, and at her death the corpus of such trust fund to the children of Caroline Woodbury Ormsby, share and share alike.
