Inez Kaiser appeals the circuit court’s judgment removing her as conservator and personal representative of Leta Vester’s estate. She asserts that the circuit court erred in summarily removing her as conservator because the circuit court violated her rights to due process by failing to give her notice or a hearing. She also contends that the circuit court erred in removing her as personal representative because she had no duty to pay the real estate taxes on property owned by Vester without the circuit court’s order requiring her to take charge of the real estate.
