Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered November 20, 1972 in Albany County, which, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, ordered that petitioner be entitled to receive back pay from April 5, 1970 to August 3, 1972, less earnings from outside sources.
