This is an appeal from an interlocutory order directing the appellant executor to amend his final report and to pay into court the amounts of several specific legacies, with interest thereon from one year after the date of the death of his decedent.

Appellees have moved to dismiss the appeal upon the ground that the judgment is -nbt for the payment of money, since no specific amount is fixed and the amount must be arrived at by computing the amount of interest.
