Following a jury trial in the District Court, the defendant was convicted of negligent operation of a motor vehicle.2 On appeal, the defendant contends that (1) the evidence was insufficient to show she operated her vehicle negligently; (2) testimony regarding a lost "nip" bottle should have been excluded; and (3) the prosecutor improperly vouched for a police witness in closing argument.
