Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the District of Minnesota. Suit in admiralty by the Ionia Transportation Company against the Lehigh Valley Coal Company. Decree for libelant, and respondent appeals.

ADAMS, Circuit Judge.

This was an appeal from a decree in admiralty awarding the appellee $1,900.16 damages. The libel was filed by the Ionia Transportation .Company, the owner of the steamer Ionia, against the Lehigh Valley Coal Company, consignor of a cargo of coal to recover demurrage for the detention of the vessel an unreasonable length of time for the discharge of its cargo.
