On Petition for Reinstatement.

This cause came on for further consideration upon the filing of an application for reinstatement by respondent, Edward A. Heffernan.

The court coming now to consider its order of April 3, 1991, suspending respondent, Edward A. Heffernan, from the practice of law in Ohio for a period of six months pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(7)(c), finds that respondent has substantially complied with that order and with the provisions of Gov.Bar R. V(24). Therefore,
