Petitioner, a member of the faculty of the University of Nevada since August, 1941 and an associate professor in the department of biology since August, 1949, was charged by the respondent board of regents, on April 25, 1953, with demonstrating and manifesting by action and word since the fall of 1952 an uncooperative and insubordinate attitude toward the dean of his college, the president of the university and the regents.
