By this accelerated appeal, appellant, Texas Tech University, challenges the trial court’s order denying its plea to the jurisdiction and granting injunctive relief in favor of appellee, Stephen Finley. Presenting two issues, Texas Tech contends the trial court erred by (1) denying its plea to the jurisdiction when Finley did not file his discrimination complaint within 180 days after the date of the alleged discrimination, and (2) enjoining it from having future contact with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Texas Workforce…
