The petitioner, the mother of James N., appeals an order of the Brentwood Family Division (LeFrancois, J.) dismissing her child in need of services (CHINS) petition involving James N. See RSA ch. 169-D (2002 & Supp. 2007). We affirm.

The following facts are supported by the record. In September 2007, the petitioner filed a CHINS petition involving her then six-year-old son, James N., alleging he was a child in need of services for failing to obey the reasonable commands of his parent, guardian or custodian.
