This is an equitable action by plaintiff upon contracts, partly oral and partly written, to recover his one-half of the net profits of the construction of two trailer camps for the Farm Security Administration. Defendant claimed that the action was prematurely brought and that he had made settlement in full. The trial court denied plaintiff part of the relief asked, and held that no partnership existed, but that plaintiff was entitled to an accounting, and that no settlement had been made, and that plaintiff was entitled to judgment fop $21,794.58 and, in addition, to one-half of $18,891.98…
