Pro se plaintiff Ese O’Diah (“O’Diah”) brings this employment discrimination suit against his former employer, Yogo Oasis, which operates a café under the name Roastown Coffee (“Roastown”), and Roastown’s owner, Doug G. Shin (“Shin”). In his complaint, O’Diah alleges that he was wrongfully terminated on the basis of his race, color, and national origin.
