OPINION OF THE COURT

MITCHELL, Judge:

A general court-martial composed of officer members convicted the appellant, contrary to his pleas, of one specification of absence without leave (AWOL); two specifications of willfully disobeying a superior commissioned officer; one specification of dereliction of duty; and one specification of malingering, in violation of Articles 86, 90, 92, 1 and 116, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 886, 890, 892, 915. 2 The adjudged sentence consisted of a dismissal and confinement for 2 years.
