Plaintiff Leslie R. Vetter is a pilot for American Airlines, Inc. ("the Airline"). The Airline sponsored an employee benefit plan, Defendant American Airlines, Inc. Pilot Long-Term Disability Plan (the "Plan), administered by the Pension Benefits Administrative Committee (the "Plan Administrator").
