| firestone Complete Auto Care appeals a judgment from the Office of Workers’ Compensation awarding Jason Dugas temporary total disability benefits as well as medical benefits. Firestone alleges that Mr. Dugas is not entitled to benefits for several reasons. Firestone argues that Mr. Dugas made false statements in violation of La.R.S. 23:1208 and his claim should have been dismissed.
