This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Probate Court of Franklin County, overruling exceptions to the final and partial accounts of Fritzie C. Kessler, successor trustee of the estate of Gordon J. Parrett, a missing person.

The trustee was appointed under the provisions of Section 10509-39, General Code (114 Ohio Laws, 411). Subsequently, the trustee was removed and Fritzie C. Kessler was appointed successor trustee.
