This is an appeal from a judgment entered in favor of appellees Gertner, Aaron and Ledet Investments (GAL) and against appellants Jerald Turboff, Ronald Turboff and Harold Turboff (Turboffs) in a contract action involving the financing and sale of real estate. The Turboffs claim on appeal that the trial court erred in determining that performance of their promise to purchase under a buy/sell agreement was not conditioned upon GAL’s conveying the property subject to existing financing.
