The errors assigned are principally to ' instructions given. There is also, in connection with these, the very general assignment o£ error in refusing to permit plaintiff to show all the elements of damage. There is also an assignment of error in overruling motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and jn arrest 0f judgment. The exceptions to the instructions were taken after the verdict, and in the motion for new trial and in arrest and for judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
