WRIGHT, District Judge.
Invoking Section 10 (l) of the TaftPlartley Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 160(1), and alleging that there is reasonable cause to believe that the respondent Union is guilty of unfair labor practices toward Binnings Construction Company, the general contractor for the construction of a sewage disposal plant at Norco, Louisiana, the NLRB seeks a temporary injunction to restrain picketing of the job site pending a final disposition of the complaint filed before the Board.
The immediate cause of the dispute is apparently Binnings’ decision to have two of his own pipe fitter employees,…
