This appeal involves, the classification and distribution of property in a divorce decree. Following the classification of the couple’s assets, the magistrate found compelling reasons to award the wife a substantial portion of the community property, I.C. § 32-712. The husband appealed to the district court, arguing that the trial judge erred in finding any compelling reason for the unequal distribution of community property.
