Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Ira Gammerman, J.), entered on or about August 9, 1993, which, upon renewal, denied defendant-appellant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the amended complaint against him with respect to the causes of action for medical malpractice and wrongful death based upon his alleged sexual relationship with plaintiff’s decedent, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
