Respondent was admitted to practice by this Court in 1985. She currently resides in Texas.

In November 1992, respondent was convicted in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut upon her plea of guilty to a violation of 18 USC § 1014, making false statements to a Federally-insured financial institution, a serious crime as that term is defined in Judiciary Law § 90 (4) (d).
