This is a local property tax matter in which plaintiff seeks exemption from local property taxation, pursuant to N.J.S.A 54:4-3.30 and article 8, section 1, paragraph 3 of the New Jersey Constitution, as the surviving spouse of a 100% permanently disabled veteran. The property for which the exemption is claimed is a single-family residence located at 804A Balmoral Court. It is designated as block 1587, lot 804.01 on the tax map of defendant taxing district.
