I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Datalink Corp. (“Datalink”), a Minnesota-based data center solutions provider, brought this suit against Perkins Eastman Architects, P.C. (“Perkins Eastman”), a New York company, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.1 Perkins Eastman now moves to dismiss' the Complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction and insufficient service of process.
