PITTS, Chief Justice.

This is a compensation suit filed by ap-pellee, Thomas McKay, against appellant, Texas Employers’ Insurance Association, insurer, for compensation as a result of an alleged injury sustained by appellee on or about July 20, 1945, while he was employed by Shamrock Oil and Gas Corporation, employer. The case was tried to a jury which found that appellee suffered the temporary loss of the use of both hands for a period of one hundred thirty weeks as a result of injuries sustained in the course of his employment.
