ON PETITION TO TRANSFER
SULLIVAN, Justice.
We grant a petition to transfer the decision of the Court of Appeals in Gibson County Farm Bureau v. Greer (1993), Ind.App., 622 N.E.2d 551, to address whether a finance-ing statement may also serve as a security agreement under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
