This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Juvenile Court of Darke County finding that James Minton, a child two and one-half years of age, was a dependent and neglected child, and making him a ward of the court and giving temporary care and custody to Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Gordon, the child’s maternal aunt and uncle.
