Barbato, J.), entered June 11, 2012, which granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, unanimously modified, on the law, the motion denied to the extent it sought dismissal of plaintiff’s claim that she suffered “permanent consequential” and “significant limitation” injuries to her knees and lumbar spine, and otherwise affirmed, without costs.
