Olive Rudy, wife of Charles Rudy, died in February, 1896, leaving surviving her her husband and two minor children, Mary J. and Delilah. At the date of her death she owned a house and lot on Water Street in Owensboro, Kentucky. In this real estate her husband, Charles, owned a life estate and her two minor children, Mary J. and Delilah, owned the fee. On January 23, 1907, Charles Rudy was appointed guardian for his two minor children by the Daviess County Court.
