I. Introduction
In one issue, Appellant Nathan A. Watson Company (“Watson”) asserts that the trial court erred by not enforcing a contractual provision which requires the non-prevailing parties, Appellees Employers Mutual Casualty Company (“EMC”) and Highlands Insurance Company (“Highlands”), to reimburse the prevailing party, Watson, its reasonable and necessary attorney’s fees and all other reasonable costs, expenses, and charges associated with the defense of the suit.
