MEMORANDUM AND DECISION

SMITH, District Judge.

Before the Court for decision are the Defendant’s Motion to Suppress Evidence Derived from Wiretap Warrants (‘Wiretap Motion”) and Motion to Suppress the Fruits of the Warrantless Entry, Arrest, Search and Seizure (Warrantless Entry Motion”) in the above case. Pursuant to Rule 12(d) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure the Court makes the following findings of fact and conclusions of law.
