The bill of exceptions in this case recites, that Wiley Bryant was, on the 9th day of January, 1826, by the Court of Ordinary of Putnam county, appointed guardian of Orra Ann Weathers, a minor ; Jesse Pye and Littloborry Perdew were the securities on his bond. Perdow died before any of the proceedings on this record were instituted. On the 3d day of June, 1833, Jesse Pye, upon his application, under-the act of the Legislature of Georgia, was discharged by the Court of Ordinary of Putnam county from his suretyship aforesaid.
