The administrator of Robert Median’s (decedent’s) estate, Deborah Kreciak, appeals an order granting a petition to exhume decedent’s body for DNA testing and denying a request for an injunction to prevent petitioner, Tifney Barrels, from proceeding in the Illinois Industrial Commission (the Commission).
