Peet, who died testate, and this is an action in chancery to construe the will and an antenuptial contract.

In Re Reefs Estate, 79 Iowa, 185, both . instruments were considered m relation to dhe right of the widow to an allowance for a year’s support, under statutory provision therefor, and an allowance made by the district court was sustained.
