Pending before this Court is the Report and Recommendation issued by the magistrate judge on the Motion to Strike Demand for Jury Trial [Doc. 60], filed by defendants GlobalSantaFe Corporation, GlobalSantaFe Drilling Company, GlobalSantaFe South America, LLC, and Global*682SantaFe Hungary Services, LLC (collectively, “GSF”). The motion is opposed by plaintiff Apache Corporation (“Apache”) [Doc. 62].
