Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County (Nelson, J.), rendered September 17, 2013, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree and unlawful possession of marijuana, upon a jury verdict, and sentencing him to a determinate term of imprisonment of 15 years followed by a period of five years of post-release supervision on the conviction of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree and a fine of $100 on the conviction of unlawful possession of marijuana.
