RALPH H. KELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
A. Fassnacht and Sons, Inc., was a truck equipment dealer in this city for many years before November 12, 1980, when it filed a petition in bankruptcy for reorganization under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Reorganization became unlikely, and on April 16,1981, the case was converted to a liquidation case under chapter 7 of the Code. Richard P. Jahn, Jr., was appointed trustee in bankruptcy.
