On April 23, 2014, the Plaintiff Scott Seymour Matthew Lipson (the “Plaintiff’) brought this action against the Defendants for (1) violations of the Federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act *209(“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq.; (2) common law fraud; (3) unjust enrichment; (4) common law conversion; and (5) tor-tious conduct, including negligence.
