Before the Court are motions to dismiss filed by Bahrain Islamic Bank (“BisB”) and Tadhamon Capital B.S.C. (“Tadhamon,” and together with BisB, the “Defendants”), respectively, in the above-captioned adversary proceedings. The adversary proceedings were brought by the official committee of unsecured creditors for the above-captioned chapter 11 cases (the “Committee”).
