Storandt, from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of the plaintiffs, entered in the office of the clerk of the county of Monroe on the 21st day of August, 1912, upon the verdict of a jury, and also from an order entered in said clerk’s office on the same day denying defendant’s motion for a new trial made upon the minutes.

Plaintiffs are real estate brokers. They bring this action to recover $1,250 as their commissions for effecting a sale of defendant’s real property called the Berlin Block, consisting of stores and apartments, at the corner of Monroe and Clinton avenues in the city of Bochester.
