DAVIDSON, Presiding Judge.

Appellant was convicted of burglary, his punishment being assessed at two years confinement in the penitentiary.

The testimony of O. I. Williamson makes himself an accomplice. Substantially he testified that he and appellant went to the place of one Lovvorn and burglarized his house and took meat and feedstuff.
