This is an action for monetary damages, attorney’s fees and equitable relief arising out of a claim of wrongful termination and failure to accommodate in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), Title 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101, et seq. and the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act (“CFEPA”), Conn.
