GANEY, Chief Judge.

This matter came before the court on petition for and on behalf of the National Labor Relations Board, pursuant to Section 10 (i) of the National Labor Relations Act,1 as amended (29 U.S.C.A. § 160(1)), for appropriate injunctive relief pending the final disposition by the National Labor Relations Board as to whether the respondent has engaged in unfair labor practices in violation of Section 8(b) (4), subparagraph (D) of the Act.
