Jobn B. Righter and others instituted their suit in chancery in the Circuit Court of Harrison county against Leonard C. Riley and others for the purpose of having postponed to the debts of all other creditors a debt of two thousand one hundred and six dollai’s secured to be paid to his wife, Margaret J. Riley pro rata with the debts of his general creditors, in an assignment of all his property for their benefit.
