MEMORANDUM and ORDER

SHAW, District Judge.

This action is brought by plaintiff pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare whereby plaintiff’s application for disability insurance benefits was denied.

Plaintiff filed her application on April 18, 1967, alleging onset of disability during September 1962 at age forty-six. She described her disability as a “bladder condition — nerves in the lower spine.” It was determined by the Hearing Examiner in the Bureau that the latest date on which plaintiff met the statutory earning status…
