—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Cowhey, J.), rendered April 27, 1993, convicting her of grand larceny in the second degree and offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree (10 counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Westchester County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (5).
