This action presents for determination the conflicting claims of the holders of three mortgage-bond issues of the Denver and Bio Grande Western Bailroad Company to certain collateral pledged under each of the mortgages. The collateral in question consists of the entire capital stock (100,000 *630shares) of the Utah Fuel Company, a New Jersey corporation.
