Movant appeals denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief and request for an evidentiary hearing. He relies on McNeal v. State of Missouri, 910 S.W.2d 767 (Mo.App. E.D.1995), to support his request for an evidentiary hearing.
