Zachary E. Harp (“Appellant”) appeals from his conviction by a jury of manufacturing a controlled substance in violation of § 195.21 1 possession of a chemical with intent to create a controlled substance in violation of § 195.420, possession of a controlled substance in violation of § 195.202, and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use it to manufacture methamphetamine in violation of § 195.233. He was sentenced by the court as a prior and persistent drug offender under §§ 195.275 and 195.291 to concurrent terms of imprisonment of twenty years…
